A quiet Sunday at home, on the last day of vacation, and this is the result; a bout of food... a childhood memory, my grandmother every Sunday, or in the case of my, most days, armed with flour, eggs and rolling pin preparing the homemade pasta. And I will always look beside watering throat to wait for the lunch. Here today I want to share with you this moment of tradition housewife! ;) The pictures are not very good because it made with the mobile phone at the last minute!

Pour the flour on a shelf floor, preferably a palette of wood, creating a vacuum inside where you will put the eggs, beat them with a fork and begin to mix the flour together. Once you get it all mixed dough (more it is harder and more the pasta is good) that you are going to put in an envelope tightly closed where it must pass air. Let it rest for at least half an hour in a cool place or in the refrigerator. After that off with the writing!

 calcolare un uovo a persona
farina quanto basta
un pizzico di sale

Fare una palletta con l'impasto

Stendere con il mattarello
Dopo averla lasciata asciugare, tagliare
Mangiare!!!
